Sabrina is a curve model. She is a model signed with Wilhemina Denver and Option 1 Models. She's fierce, she's bold, she's unapologetic.
That is why I like her as a model, that is why I asked if she wanted to work along side Bootay Bag, the most body positive, all inclusive, REAL brand that I have had the pleasure to be on set with multiple times.
On set with Bootay Bag means loud music, cookies, lots and lots of cookies, twerking, laughing and overall a GOOD time. There are no judgements only positivity. Which is why when Sabrina asked me, "Are you going to edit out my imperfections?" my heart broke. Since then she has told me that this is an only issue in Denver. It's sad, it's misleading, it's shameful, it's unexceptable.
Here's a little about me. I have always struggled with my weight. I have been a signed model. I was told at 115 I was too big. It stemmed some eating issues and body image issues. That's not okay. That is why now, I do what I do. My goal is to make every person, every body, every individual see what others see in them. My goal is to not edit out "imperfections" but show you why you should love them. My goal is to make your session and my images be something powerful. I want you to feel empowered. In the words of Sabrina, "I don't want to be photoshopped, I love the way that I am."
